Qualifications

• Entry-level position for recent or 2026 graduates (undergrad or masters).
• Internships in policy, consulting, risk analysis, sell-side research, government, or international business preferred.
• Academic focus in international relations, public policy, history, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Brief senior executives on geopolitical forecasts.
• Interpret major global issues and events impacting Ergo’s clients.
• Identify and engage with leading subject matter experts and former government officials.
• Develop Ergo’s proprietary scenario-generation methodology further.
• Track developments on major global issues using diverse data sources.
• Monitor and report on complex political, economic, market, and security dynamics in dynamic countries and sectors.
• Determine direct impact to clients of potential futures of major global issues.
• Write, analyze, synthesize, and present complex findings with high standards and quick turnaround.
• Build slides to accompany presentations (Keynote).
