Qualifications

• BS in hydrogeology, geology, geophysics, or civil engineering; MS/PhD can substitute for experience.
• 3+ years with geophysical services firm and data processing experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in data processing, analysis and interpretation for electrical resistivity and seismic data.
• Experience with data processing, analysis and interpretation for EM methods, GPR, magnetics and borehole logging.
• Troubleshoot data acquisition gear.
• Assist with writing geophysical reports and methodology interpretations.
• Incorporates GPS or surveying data to locate project data.
• Implements and assists with survey design tasks.
• Support senior management with timely completion of project tasks.
• Complete production logs, project logs, and related paperwork.
• Co-authors technical reports and tailors tasks to qualifications.
• Maintain OSHA and MSHA certifications; observe safety protocols.
