Job summary

MELE Associates, Inc. seeks a DRO to support the DOE Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence's Intelligence Directorate, Analytic Support Division.

The role involves planning GEOINT collection campaigns using national and theater assets to address nuclear and energy-related targets worldwide. You will work with discipline-specific managers to develop multi-discipline collection requirement strategies and collaborate across the IC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 5 years of experience or a related master’s with 3 years.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in GEOINT collection requirements or operations management at tactical, strategic or national level.
• Knowledge of NIPF, National Collection Directives, and report generation and dissemination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing GEOINT collection requirement strategies.
• Develop multi-discipline collection requirement strategies with teams of managers.
• Provide GEOINT collection management and requirements analysis for target areas.
• Submit GEOINT requirements via national level systems.
• Represent the department on collection requirements subcommittees and working groups.
• Write, review, and submit GEOINT collection requirements (National, Theater, Source Directed).
