Job summary

MELE Associates, Inc. seeks a DRO to support the DOE's Intelligence Directorate in GEOINT collection management. The role focuses on planning integrated collection campaigns using national and theater assets to address nuclear, energy, and related targets worldwide.

You will collaborate with multiple collection requirement managers, develop strategy templates and present recommendations to leadership while coordinating with IC and military partners. TS clearance required.

Qualifications

• Active TS security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years; or Master’s with 3+ years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years in GEOINT collection requirements or operations management.
• Knowledge of NIPF and National Collection Directives.
• Training and knowledge of discipline-specific collection requirement systems.
• Knowledge of IC collection capabilities and sources.
• Ability to coordinate interagency collection requirements.
• Experience with GIMS; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning GEOINT collection requirement strategies using national/theater assets.
• Collaborate with collection requirement managers to develop multi-discipline strategies.
• Provide GEOINT collection management and requirements analysis.
• Submit GEOINT requirements to national systems.
• Represent the department on INT collection requirements subcommittees.
• Assess GEOINT collection effectiveness and gaps.
• Write and review GEOINT requirements (National, Theater, Source Directed).
• Coordinate with IC and military partners on collection needs.
