Job summary

MELE Associates, Inc. seeks a DRO to support the DOE Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence by developing GEOINT collection requirement strategies and managing national and theater level campaigns.

The role requires coordinating with discipline teams and national partners to ensure effective collection against nuclear, science, and energy targets worldwide. The candidate will work under the Analytic Support Division, plan integrated campaigns, and support senior leadership in GEOINT

Qualifications

• Active TS security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 5 years of experience or 3 years with a master’s degree.
• Five years of GEOINT collection requirements or operations management experience.
• Knowledge of NIPF and National Collection Directives.
• Experience with collection requirements systems and reporting.
• Knowledge of IC collection capabilities and agencies.
• Ability to coordinate interagency collaboration and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing GEOINT collection requirement strategies.
• Develop multi-discipline collection requirement plans with teams.
• Provide GEOINT collection management and requirements analysis.
• Submit GEOINT requirements to national level systems.
• Collaborate with IC partners and agencies across the intelligence community.
• Represent the DOE on INT collection subcommittees and working groups.
• Assess GEOINT collection effectiveness and gaps.
• Write and review GEOINT collection requirements (National/Theater) for publication.
