MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking a DRO to support the DOE Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence's Intelligence Directorate, Analytic Support Division.

The role provides GEOINT national technical means and commercial collection requirement systems support globally. The DRO will help plan GEOINT collection strategies using national/theater assets against nuclear, science, technology, and energy targets, while coordinating with a diverse team and presenting management approaches to

Qualifications

• Active TS Security Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 5 years of experience; or 3 years with a related master’s degree.
• Five years of GEOINT collection requirements or operations management experience.
• Knowledge of NIPF, National Collection Directives, report generation and dissemination.
• GIMS knowledge or certification preferred; training within six months if needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and organizing GEOINT collection requirement strategies using national/theater assets for nuclear, science, technology, counterintelligence, and energy targets worldwide.
• Collaborate with collection requirement managers to develop multi-discipline strategies and ad-hoc methods.
• Provide GEOINT collection management and requirements analysis for assigned target areas.
• Submit GEOINT collection requirements to national level systems and coordinate with IC partners.
• Develop and present collection management strategies and maintain relationships with national, departmental, IC and military partners.
