Job summary

Arlo Solutions seeks an experienced GEOINT program manager to lead NSG, ASG, and CGTC training initiatives in Washington, DC, on-site. You will develop policies, baseline GEOINT training, map competencies, maintain a shared course catalog and portal, and coordinate program reviews and milestones.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in GEOINT tradecraft or training development, and TS/SCI clearance, plus experience presenting to senior leadership and coordinating with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
3+ years GEOINT tradecraft, training development, or related disciplines.
2+ years assembling project information: objectives, outcomes, deliverables; exec summaries.
2+ years delivering decision briefs to seniors and staff.
2+ years formulating, analyzing, resolving plans, policy, and business issues.
2+ years building and managing a project schedule with MS tools.

Responsibilities

Create strategies to target partnerships with key GEOINT stakeholders.
Develop and document initiatives supporting NSG, ASG, CGTC strategies and standards.
Baseline GEOINT training and map competencies.
Establish, assess, and map GEOINT course catalog and portal.
Implement GTAG requirements processes.
Develop and deliver program management reviews and progress reports.
Coordinate CGTC meetings and participate in external engagements.
