Job summary

Arlo Solutions in Washington, DC seeks a senior program manager to lead GEOINT training initiatives on-site. The role focuses on partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, policy-driven initiatives, and strategic planning to advance NSG, ASG, and CGTC programs.

You will develop and implement standards, templates, and metrics while coordinating high-level meetings and reporting to ODNI and USD(I). Active TS/SCI clearance is required; on-site work at Washington, DC is expected.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in business, information management, or related field.
• 5+ years of GEOINT tradecraft competencies, Training development, Human Capital Development, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years assembling project information including objectives/outcomes/deliverables and executive summaries.
• 3+ years delivering decision briefs to seniors and staff.
• 3+ years formulating, analyzing, and resolving plans, policy, and business issues.
• 3+ years building and managing a project schedule using MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies to target partnerships with key GEOINT stakeholders.
• Develop and document initiatives supporting NSG, ASG, and CGTC strategies and standards.
• Develop organizational performance metrics and reporting for NSG, ASG, and CGTC.
• Lead creation and maintenance of standard planning templates and reports.
• Drive program measures and coordinate Program Management Reviews.
• Support CGTC meetings and coordinate with NSG/ASG training organizations.
• Provide policy input and required reporting to ODNI/USD(I) on behalf of NSG.
