Job summary

CenCore Group in McLean, VA is seeking an Intelligence Analyst – Motion GEOINT to serve as the GEOSPI Site Lead, providing 24/7 FMV exploitation and on-site personnel leadership for ~14 staff.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and a 4-year degree or six years of intelligence experience; you will mentor teammates, coordinate with the customer and prime contractor, produce GEOINT intelligence products, and ensure secure, compliant operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to meet program security requirements.
• Must provide a valid U.S. Passport Card.
• Six years of intelligence analysis experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Working knowledge of Motion GEOINT exploitation techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with multi-sensor imagery modalities (e.g., SAR, IR, LiDAR).
• Ability to touch-type at least 32 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight to approximately 14 personnel on site.
• Serve as CenCore’s primary on-site representative to employees, leadership, and customer.
• Maintain regular communication with staff and escalate concerns through proper channels.
• Counsel or provide performance feedback as required.
• Coordinate with project management and leadership on workforce issues.
