Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting GEOINT systems, ground architectures, or remote sensing programs within the IC/DoD.
• Strong understanding of GEOINT processing baselines, exploitation workflows, and enterprise mission architectures.
• Knowledge of EO and SAR technologies, phenomenology, and related physics.
• Experience performing systems engineering, technical analysis, architecture evaluation, and trade studies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with experience briefing senior Government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and systems engineering across GEOINT ground systems and modernization efforts.
• Evaluate architectures, approaches, and plans to support current and future GEOINT missions.
• Review engineering deliverables and assess risk, interoperability, and technical feasibility.
• Support lifecycle activities from requirements analysis to deployment and sustainment.
• Collaborate with Government, FFRDCs, and industry partners to resolve complex technical issues.
