Job summary

Apogee Integration LLC in Chantilly, Virginia, seeks a seasoned GEOINT systems engineer to join a dynamic ground team supporting the GEOINT Ground (G2) organization. The candidate will lead GEOINT ground initiatives for future systems through agile acquisition, defining capability roadmaps and features to prioritize backlogs for mission deliveries.

The role requires strong agile systems engineering background, space/ground domain knowledge, and 12 years of related experience, including

Qualifications

BS in Engineering, Physics or related Technical degree with 12 years of Space/Ground Aerospace Systems Engineering experience.
At least 5 years supporting agile acquisition strategy, development and release planning and CI initiatives enabling GEOINT mission capability releases.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical member of a dynamic systems engineering team supporting the GEOINT Ground (G2) organization and lead GEOINT ground initiatives for future systems through agile acquisition and readiness events.
Define capability roadmaps, epics, solutions/portfolios and features to prioritize developer backlogs in alignment with capability deliveries, and provide SME guidance on agile best practices to teams coordinating CONOPS and architecture products.
