Job summary

Arcfield seeks a Systems Engineer focused on GEOINT Ground System Requirements Management to support a joint customer Program Office. You will lead SE&I activities, develop and maintain requirements documentation, and drive end-to-end system integration in a mission-driven IC/DoD environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and experience in requirements analysis, architecture, and performance optimization. TS/SCI with poly is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI Clearance with Poly.
• Experience with end-to-end systems engineering and integration lifecycle.
• Familiarity with SAFe agile methodology and Atlassian tools.
• Strong customer teaming and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated systems engineering efforts and ensure SE&I process compliance.
• Develop and maintain engineering docs: requirements, risks, performance metrics.
• Elicit and document mission system requirements and ensure traceability.
• Oversee end-to-end system integration and performance across components.
• Coordinate with program managers and developers to meet requirements.
• Support acquisition processes and contribute to program documentation.
