Job summary

Mission Intelligence Group seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead enterprise-scale systems engineering efforts across DoD/IC programs. You will guide requirements, solution development, integration, testing, and sustainment to deliver resilient GEOINT capabilities.

You will collaborate with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure traceable requirements, architect robust solutions, and influence strategic planning across NSG/ASG programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• DoD/IC acquisition processes and PPBES experience preferred.
• Experience in large, complex System of Systems environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering efforts across complex, enterprise-scale environments.
• Translate operational needs into scalable, mission-focused solutions.
• Guide requirements engineering, solution development, integration, testing, and sustainment activities.
• Analyze traceability between user requirements, architectures, and solutions.
• Manage AoAs, CoAs, and trade studies for program decisions.
• Oversee systems integration across major acquisition programs.
