Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a GeoBase Regional Support Team Analyst to work on site at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. The role supports the Air Force GeoBase program using ArcGIS to meet installation geospatial requirements.

Responsibilities include creating GIS data, maps, QA/QC, data submission coordination, and end-user support. Requires US citizenship, DoD‑level clearance readiness, and proficiency with Esri ArcGIS and SDSFIE standards. Hybrid schedule with 1 remote day.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• 2–4 years of geospatial experience.
• Ability to pass a Tier 1 Investigation and pre‑employment checks.
• Extensive knowledge of Esri ArcGIS software and capabilities.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Air Force GIS data in a multi‑user geodatabase.
• Produce installation, range, and vicinity maps and graphics using cartographic techniques.
• Perform QA/QC to meet DoD geospatial data standards.
• Coordinate regular data updates with DoD personnel at installations.
• Support GIS requirements and training needs for end users in GeoBase offices.
• Record processes in Jira/Confluence and document workflows.
