Job summary

Woolpert, Inc. seeks a GeoBase Operations Analyst in San Antonio, TX, joining the Department of the Air Force GeoBase team. This on-site role combines 4 days at AFCEC Lackland with 1 remote day, focusing on enterprise GIS data, data stewardship, and agile project execution.

You will architect, implement, and support GeoBase processes, collaborate with Air Force offices, and deliver training on ArcGIS and related standards while driving data quality and metadata practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent geospatial experience required.
Two years geospatial experience or four years related experience in lieu of a degree.
Active Tier 1 Investigation or security clearance or ability to pass a Tier 1 Investigation.
Extensive knowledge of Esri ArcGIS software and capabilities: ArcGIS Desktop/ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro; Portal for ArcGIS/AGOL.
Two years of experience in client engagement, communication, and strong MS Office skills.
Familiarity with SDSFIE GIS data standards and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities

Architect and implement GeoBase solutions for the DoD program.
Manage Air Force GIS data in an enterprise geodatabase.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support capabilities, requirements, and training.
Develop enterprise geospatial metadata and SOPs; maintain knowledge base.
Provide end-user training on ArcGIS, SDSFIE, and GeoBase objectives.
Coordinate GIS data submissions to stakeholders and mission partners.
Create and maintain GeoBase dashboards and Portal content.
