ProRata.AI Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to guide customers through technical evaluations and establish strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI search and solutions engineering, serving as a product expert and supporting clients from onboarding through enterprise deal cycles.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or sales engineering at a SaaS company.
• Technically fluent in understanding APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
• Comfortable managing complex enterprise deal cycles and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Become the definitive product expert and lead product demos.
• Guide prospects through proof of concepts and technical evaluations.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to customers to ensure value.

Skills

Experience in GEO, AI search, and SEO

Strong communication skills

Understanding of APIs and integrations
