Gilt Bar, part of Hogsalt, is seeking a dedicated Full Time Server to join our team. This role emphasizes hospitality and genuine guest care within a collaborative culture.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all stations are stocked and set up before and during service.
• Provide consistent, genuine, and generous service to all guests.
• Guide guests through the menu and dining experience with thoughtful recommendations.
• Properly handle all food and beverage courses and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with servers, FOH staff, and leadership for smooth service.
• Address guest needs promptly and communicate issues to leadership.
• Follow safety procedures and allergy/dietary protocols.
• Collect payment accurately for each table or guest.
• Complete closing duties, including checkout, sidework, and cleanup.
• Execute all listed Hogsalt Steps Of Service.

Experience & Qualifications:

1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.

Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.

Strong food and beverage knowledge with the desire to continually learn more.

Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs, and stooping.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties.

Provide consistent, genuine, and generous service to all guests, creating personal connections whenever possible.

Guide guests through the menu and overall dining experience, providing thoughtful recommendations of food and beverage items.

Properly course all food and beverage items and ensure satisfaction of each item/course.

Work with other servers, FOH staff, and leadership to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Address any guest needs or concerns as soon as possible; communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership.

Observe all safety procedures, including following Hogsalt protocol for food allergies and dietary restrictions.

Ensure proper payment is collected for each table or guest.

Complete all closing duties including a financial checkout, closing sidework, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership.

Ensure all Hogsalt Steps Of Service not listed above are properly executed.
