The position is eligible for tips, with a wage of $16.90 per hour. Candidates should have 1 year of bartending experience and California SB/food handler certifications. The role requires good multitasking, strong communication, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year bartending experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and California Responsible Beverage Service certifications.
• Poised, friendly, and professional service mindset.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Assist guests with navigating menu options and recommend beverages and food items.
• Create and pour cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and nonalcoholic beverages according to JOEY recipes and standards.
• Input orders accurately in the POS system and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Resolve issues and guest complaints with poise and urgency.
• Follow all food and alcohol service safety procedures.
