Job summary

Haden's Lawncare, LLC is seeking hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team as Landscape & Hardscape Crew Members. This role involves working with a crew to provide professional lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, cleanups, planting, hardscape construction, and assisting with design and site prep.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, hardscaping or construction preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong work ethic, dependability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain residential and commercial properties.
• Perform spring and fall cleanups, leaf removal, and general landscape maintenance.
• Install mulch, decorative stone, plants, trees, and shrubs.
• Assist with landscape design and installation projects.
• Build retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, steps, fire pits, and other hardscape features.
• Assist with grading, excavation, drainage installation, and site preparation.
• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, compact equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely.
• Load and unload materials, maintain equipment, and keep job sites clean and organized.
• Follow instructions from the Crew Manager while maintaining a professional attitude and providing quality workmanship.
