Job summary

Haden's Lawncare, LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Crew Manager to lead our landscape and hardscape crews. The Crew Manager will supervise employees, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a professional relationship with customers.

The role involves supervising crews, reading project plans, coordinating materials and equipment, and upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a landscape, hardscape, or construction crew preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read landscape or hardscape plans is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus).
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
