Job summary
Blueprint Electric LLC is seeking a landscape crew member to complete residential and commercial outdoor improvement projects. Responsibilities include tree and hedge trimming, mulch and rock installation, sod planting, and wall/paver work, with a focus on safety and teamwork.
Maintain a clean, professional jobsite, operate equipment, load and transport materials, and comply with licensing requirements. A valid driver’s license is required; work in all weather conditions and on your feet for

- Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper required.
- Experience with handheld and power tools.
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds repetitively and work on your feet for long hours.
- Willing to work in all weather elements.
- Driver's license is required.
Responsibilities
- Complete residential and commercial outdoor improvements including tree and hedge trimming.
- Install mulch, rock, sod, and plants.
- Construct retaining walls and lay pavers as needed.
- Maintain a clean, professional jobsite and safety-focused work habits.
- Load, transport, and organize materials for job sites.
- Safely operate landscaping equipment and hand tools.

Landscape crew member responsible for completing residential and commercial outdoor improvement projects, including tree and hedge trimming, mulch and rock installation, sod installation, planting, retaining-wall construction, and paver installation. Must maintain a clean, professional jobsite; safely use landscaping equipment and hand tools; work well with the crew; and help load, transport, and organize materials. A valid driver’s license is required.

- Must be able to climb ladders and comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time
