Responsibilities

• Identify and advance lab process and systems innovation initiatives to increase genotyping productivity.
• Provide fault-detection and problem solving for instrument issues.
• Coordinate maintenance plans for liquid-handling robotics.
• Oversee project creation and manage internal client relations and training.
