Job summary

Centrillion Technologies in Palo Alto is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join the R&D team. You will split time between hands-on lab work, data analysis, and maintaining lab organization, contributing to innovative projects and product development.

The ideal candidate holds a science degree with 6 months of molecular biology experience and knowledge of PCR, library prep, or sequencing workflows; authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or microbiology required with at least 6 months of experience.
• Experience with basic laboratory techniques and record-keeping is essential.
• Candidates with knowledge of PCR, library prep, NGS sequencing or RNA seq preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce, analyze, document, and report results with high data quality.
• Keep accurate and detailed laboratory records.
• Communicate daily results and progress to supervisor.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies; assist with ordering.
