Predicta Biosciences is building a molecular insights platform for blood cancer care. We seek an R&D Scientist to lead NGS assay development, including whole genome sequencing and single-cell RNA-seq.

You will design and optimize workflows, oversee library preparation, and drive QC and SOPs in a fast-paced, cross-functional team. The role requires a PhD or equivalent, 5+ years in NGS, and hands-on experience with Illumina platforms and 10x Genomics.

Qualifications

• PhD in molecular biology, genomics, genetics or related field, or equivalent industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and optimize NGS assays for tumor cell and immune characterization.
• Lead development and optimization of NGS workflows including library prep for WGS and scRNA-seq (e.g., 10x Genomics).
• Oversee sequencing run planning, pooling, and loading on Illumina platforms.
• Establish QC metrics and validation practices for NGS workflows.
• Collaborate with R&D and computational biology to integrate wet-lab and analytical workflows.
• Develop and document SOPs, protocols, and technical reports for regulated environments.
• Mentor junior scientists and support technology transfer to product development.
