Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Basic Science or related field.
• Five years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory setup, equipment installation, vendor interactions, supply ordering, inventory organization, SOPs, biosafety documentation, and routine operations. (30%)
• Manage sample logistics: intake, aliquoting, labeling, freezer/LN2 inventory, biospecimen tracking, and coordination with tissue banking/clinical teams. (20%)
• Coordinate sample preparation and handoff for WGS, WTS, methylation, long-read sequencing, ATAC-seq, and single-cell studies with institutional cores. (25%)
• Coordinate and support functional validation studies, including cell culture logistics, assay setup, reporter assay support, mycoplasma testing, cell-line inventory, and assay documentation. (10%)
• Maintain records, databases, inventories, equipment logs, sample-tracking records, and documentation for reproducible lab operations. (15%)
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
