Seattle Children's is seeking a Senior Clinical Systems Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, end users, and project teams through assessment, design, build, testing, training, and implementation of clinical applications.

The role provides ongoing support for clinical systems, mentors staff, and may direct other personnel. Epic certification is required within 6 months, with Beaker CP/AP experience preferred, and a hybrid Seattle, WA work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years with clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications.
• Epic certification required within 6 months of employment (including 2 test retakes).
• Proven project management experience and leading committees/projects.
• Ability to apply standard principles and concepts to technical discipline.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders, end users, and team members to identify and resolve issues across development phases.
• Provide ongoing support for clinical application systems to support project operations.
• Mentor other clinical systems analysts and may direct work of staff or contractors.
• Lead or participate in committees, projects, and activities as needed.
