Job summary

Genghis Grill is seeking a part-time Food Prep to support daily kitchen operations at Glendale, AZ. You will follow standardized recipes and production methods to prepare high-quality dishes across multiple production stations, while ensuring safe handling and sanitation.

You will participate in daily quality checks, help train staff on food production and safety, and support the supervisor with additional duties as needed in a fast-paced environment.

The Food Prep is responsible for the preparation of foods according to the standardized recipes; and production methods; Ensures high quality using safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation; service and storage and daily quality control checks; Works multiple production stations and conducts quality control checks on taste; temperature and presentation; Trains and orients selected staff on food production and safety and sanitation practices; Performs other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
