HALO Precision Diagnostics in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a Patient Navigator for a full-time, in-person role focused on hereditary cancer testing. In this position, you will guide patients through the genetic testing process, coordinate with clinical teams, and ensure a smooth experience.

Required qualifications include strong phlebotomy skills, clinical experience, and effective communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a front-office or back-office setting.
• 2+ years of experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens for genetic testing.
• Educate and support patients throughout the testing process.
• Build relationships with clinical teams and partner locations.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and patient cases.
• Help patients understand hereditary cancer testing.
