Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with venipuncture skills.
• Min 2 years clinical experience (front or back office).
• 2+ years insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing from start to finish.
• Provide clear, compassionate education on testing and steps.
• Serve as primary patient contact for support and information.
• Conduct structured patient consultations for clarity and accuracy.
• Build relationships with partner site staff and clinical teams.
• Own scheduling, follow-ups, and workflow coordination.
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for testing.
• Maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation and compliance.
