Qualifications

• Genetic Counseling Assistant Course(s).
• GCA Certification upon hire.
• 4 years of Administrative or program operational/assistant experience.
• 2 years of Oncology and/or Genetics experience.
• 1 year of experience in a medical setting with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and coordinate genetic counseling and testing with supervision.
• Assist with clinic flow, coordinate visits, and sample collection.
• Prepare paperwork for laboratory testing and enter data into tracking systems.
