Qualifications

• Master's degree from a genetic counseling training program approved by the American Board of Genetic Counseling.
• Upon hire: Washington Genetic Counselor License.
• Experience with genetic disorders including cancer risk assessment, ordering/interpretation of genetic test results, and psychosocial assessment and support.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients at risk for hereditary cancer and acts as a consultant/resource for patients and physicians.
