Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide brief conversation related to benefits and utility of genetic testing and family impacts.
• Assist patient with scheduling appointments or testing for GCC schedule.
• Document personal and family history to determine reason for visit.
• Support informed decision making regarding genetic testing and health options.
• Schedule new and established patient visits per patient preference and physician availability.
• Coordinate daily patient care via check-in, order input, and follow-up of cancellations.
• Perform administrative duties related to patient care and follow through.
