Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Genetic Counselor for the Personalized Medicine Research Center. This full-time, onsite role integrates genetics with independent research leadership and cross-functional collaboration to advance personalized medicine.

Responsibilities include leading studies, publishing findings, supporting grants and IRB processes, and guiding clinical- research integration across teams. Strong education and Illinois licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Genetic Counseling is required.
• ABGC CGC certification is required.
• IDFPR certification/license required for Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Lead personalized medicine research initiatives and study design.
• Serve as clinical genetics SME on interdisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to publications, presentations, and grant development.
• Support IRB submissions and regulatory processes as needed.
• Collaborate to improve care delivery via data-driven insights.
