Life.Church is seeking a Generosity Engagement Manager to deepen connections with YouVersion’s recurring givers by translating impact into meaningful engagement experiences. You will collaborate with Donor Experience, Marketing, Creative, Operations and Product teams to create consistent touchpoints that inform, value, and connect givers to the mission.

The role develops strategies, care systems, and content that grow generosity and strengthen long-term relationships with ministry partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop generosity engagement strategies and plan initiatives.
• Write and produce impact content and newsletters for recurring givers.
• Plan and execute virtual engagement experiences for givers.
• Identify and package stories showcasing generosity outcomes.
• Lead cross-team collaboration with Marketing and Creative to support engagement moments.
• Develop and manage personalized engagement throughout the giver lifecycle.
• Monitor engagement trends and coordinate follow-up for long-term donor relationships.
• Partner with Operations to ensure donor care processes are effective and consistent.
