Life.Church is seeking a Generosity Engagement Manager in Edmond, OK to deepen connections with recurring givers and connect their generosity to ministry impact. The role collaborates across Life.Church teams to deliver meaningful donor touchpoints and drive long-term relationships.

You will develop strategies, craft compelling impact stories, and work with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Product to ensure consistent engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to develop engaging donor communications and stories.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with donor engagement or nonprofit fundraising is a plus.

The Generosity Engagement Manager is responsible for building and strengthening meaningful relationships with YouVersion's recurring giver community by connecting them to the impact of their generosity. This role develops and executes engagement strategies, communications, and experiences that help givers feel informed, valued, and connected to YouVersion's mission. Working collaboratively with the Donor Experience, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Product teams, this role helps create consistent, meaningful touchpoints that deepen engagement and strengthen long-term relationships with ministry partners.

What You’ll Do

Develop Generosity Engagement Strategies

• Write and produce the Sowers newsletter by translating ministry impact, community stories, andkey data into engaging content that keeps recurring givers informed, inspired, and connected toYouVersion's mission.
• Plan and execute virtual engagement experiences that connect recurring givers around theshared mission of YouVersion.
• Identify, develop, and package compelling stories and impact communications that demonstratethe outcomes of generosity.
• Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to develop content and assets that supportengagement initiatives and key giving moments.

Cultivate Donor Relationships

• Lead YouVersion's care strategy for the recurring giver community by developing systems,automations, and processes that enable meaningful engagement at scale.
• Develop and manage personalized engagement throughout the giver lifecycle, including prayerresponses, milestone acknowledgements, giving anniversaries, and proactive outreach.
• Monitor engagement trends and coordinate meaningful follow-up that supports long-term donorrelationships.
• Partner with Operations to ensure donor care processes are effective, consistent, and wellcoordinated.

Build Engagement Systems

• Design and manage workflows, automations, and tools that deliver a consistent and meaningfulrecurring giver experience at scale.
• Partner with the Donor Experience team to ensure consistency and excellence across all donor facingcommunications and engagement.
• Collaborate with Product to identify opportunities that enhance the recurring giver experiencethrough the YouVersion platform.
• Track engagement outcomes and communicate insights that inform future engagementstrategies and continuous improvement.

Skills Needed to Succeed

• Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexibleand open to change.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships andinspire action.
• Ability to identify, develop, and communicate meaningful stories of ministry impact that inspireongoing donor engagement.
• Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide visionto projects.
• Ability to develop and manage engagement systems, workflows, and automations that deliverconsistent and meaningful donor experiences at scale.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
