Job summary

YouVersion is seeking a Generosity Engagement Manager to deepen relationships with our recurring giver community by connecting generosity to impact. You will develop strategies, write the Sowers newsletter, plan virtual experiences, and partner across Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Product to deliver meaningful touchpoints.

You will lead personalized donor engagement, monitor trends, and build scalable workflows that strengthen long-term support for Life.Church’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to foster donor relationships.
• Ability to develop engagement systems and automations.
• Strong multi-tasking and deadline-driven work style.
• Experience in donor or ministry engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop generosity engagement strategies and content.
• Write and produce the Sowers newsletter translating ministry impact data.
• Plan and run virtual engagement experiences for recurring givers.
• Identify and package stories showing generosity outcomes.
• Partner with Marketing and Creative to support key giving moments.
• Lead care strategy and personalized donor engagement across lifecycle.
• Monitor engagement trends and coordinate follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Operations to align donor care processes.
• Design workflows and automations for scalable engagement.
• Collaborate with Product to improve the giver experience.
