You will develop engagement strategies, communications, and experiences with cross-team collaboration to deepen donor relationships and support Life.Church's mission.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to self-motivate and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop Generosity Engagement Strategies: Write and produce the Sowers newsletter with ministry impact and community stories to inform and inspire recurring givers.
• Plan and execute virtual engagement experiences that connect recurring givers around the shared mission.
• Identify, develop, and package compelling stories and impact communications showing generosity outcomes.
• Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to support engagement initiatives and key giving moments.
