Job summary

Mesa Power Solutions in Stanton, TX is seeking a Generator Technician, Service Operations to repair and maintain natural gas–powered generators and related equipment. You will develop and document maintenance programs to reduce fleet costs and maximize reliability, while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams.

The role requires a High School diploma, hands-on mechanical skills, and experience with tools, troubleshooting engines, and safety procedures. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED completion required.
• Preferred: Vocational/Technical degree with engine or mechanical focus.
• Preferred: 4-year/Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance services on Mesa units in accordance with the Mesa standard.
• Maintains unit records by recoding service/repair tasks and parts used.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve in a timely manner.
• Provides superior customer service.
• Verifies and ensures Mesa units serviceability by following service checklists.
• Updates professional knowledge through constant study of Mesa units.
• Maintains the Mesa standard in all aspects of job responsibilities.
• Performs all duties in a safe and effective manner according to the company's policies and procedures.
