Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a Generator Service Technician to join our service team in Hobart. This hands-on role will diagnose mechanical issues, perform on-site maintenance, and directly interact with customers while supporting the shop team.

The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, experience with engines, electrical systems, and gas lines (preferred but not required), and a desire to grow within a growing company known for integrity and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors.
• Personal tools required for the role.
• Experience with electrical, gas line, or generator systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the service department with generator maintenance and repairs.
• Perform work outdoors in all weather conditions year-round.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support on-site repairs.
• Assist around the shop as needed.
• Maintain a strong work ethic, punctuality, and professional appearance.
