Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair generators, HVAC equipment, and related systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Use tools and testing equipment to identify and correct problems.
• Travel to customer locations to complete service calls.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment and service needs.
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
• Work independently while coordinating with service and operations teams.
