Job summary

Generac Power Systems, Inc. in Marlboro, NJ is seeking a Generator Service Technician for Corbin Electrical, an independent Generac dealer.

You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on 8kW-24kW air-cooled generators and ATS units, diagnose electrical/mechanical problems, and coordinate with customers and dispatchers. Local travel and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within a mechanical environment.
• Generator experience in residential, commercial, or industrial environments.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of internal combustion engines and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documents and service manuals for diagnostics and troubleshooting repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and work outside.

Responsibilities
