About Us

AK AIRE LLC Home Service (AKAHS) is located in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The company specializes in service, installations, and maintenance in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, and generator systems. Since 2007, AKAHS has served homeowners with a focus on the residential marketplace and light commercial work. The generator division is growing, offering an immediate opening for service technicians.

Job Responsibilities

Perform on‑site preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting for customer’s home standby generators (Generac, Kholer, Briggs & Stratton, etc.).
Provide effective customer service and resolve technical problems using experience and documentation.
Travel to job sites within the service area, coordinating schedules with dispatch and notifying customers of any delays.
Work nights or weekends on a rotating basis to handle emergency needs.
Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle, documenting installed equipment (make, model, serial number, fuel type, test measurements, pictures).
Diagnose service issues, obtain replacement parts, and calibrate systems per manufacturer recommendations.
Complete and submit work orders.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
