Job summary

You will coordinate field technicians, manage schedules, monitor KPIs and budgets, and work with customers and vendors to deliver timely service. Travel is required as needed and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of generator service, power systems, or industrial electrical service operations.
• Experience managing field service teams and coordinating multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of generator service activities, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, retrofits, and emergency response.
• Coordinate technician schedules, dispatching, and resource allocation to meet customer demands and service deadlines.
• Oversee service workflows to ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with manufacturer and industry standards.
• Monitor KPIs, invoicing, revenue, and departmental performance metrics.
