Qualifications

• Formal Education High School diploma or GED
• Experience 3-4 years
• Able to comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing
• Valid Driver's License
• Completed training to be designated Service Field Tech II

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer or company equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic).
• Disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer's specifications.
• Maintain tools required for job performance.
• Document repairs and times using appropriate software.
• Monitor job expenses versus estimates and flag overruns.
• Train and/or mentor others in the department.
