Job summary

Zoetis seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions within the Analytics Strategy and Innovation team. You will bridge solution architecture, software engineering, and data science to deliver AI driven products and proofs of concept.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI architectures, ensure governance and security, and drive adoption of cutting‑edge AI techniques across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering or AI/ML engineering roles.
• Proven experience building and deploying generative AI or advanced ML solutions.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design & Develop Generative AI Solutions Architect, build and optimize AI models and pipelines.
• Develop scalable, production‑ready AI apps integrating NLP or other generative techniques.
• Experiment with state‑of‑the‑art AI frameworks to push innovation.
• Solution Architecture & Integration for AI applications with existing data infra.
• Evaluate cloud services, APIs, and tools to support AI workflows.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on model selection, training, tuning, and deployment strategies.
• Work in agile teams to deliver high‑quality AI solutions iteratively.
• Monitor model performance and metrics for reliability and accuracy.
• Optimize models and system components for efficiency and scalability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and stay current with AI advances.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the team and organization.
