Job summary

This role is focused, not high-volume, and emphasizes deep technical relationships with a select portfolio of banking, insurance, payments, and capital markets customers. You will guide architecture, governance, and measurable business value while navigating regulatory and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders
• Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting with Financial Services organizations
• Experience designing, developing, and optimizing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor for generative AI strategy across large Global Financial Services accounts in North America
• Develop strategic technical roadmaps and implementation plans for generative AI solutions
• Design and implement generative AI architectures coordinating complex workflows across enterprise systems
• Advise on agentic system architecture with auditability, explainability, and compliance
• Translate complex technical concepts into business language to show value
• Develop reference architectures and reusable assets for financial services patterns
• Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Lead thought leadership and represent AWS at industry events
• Stay current with AI research and AWS capabilities
• Define evaluation frameworks for AI systems and monitor performance
