Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Applied Mathematics, or similar quantitative field.
• 2+ years building or supporting AI/GenAI solutions using Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, Llama, Gemini, Claude, Granite, RAG, or Stable Diffusion.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI) and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras).
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including Docker or Kubernetes environments.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available and ability to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Support design, build, and delivery of AI/GenAI solutions under project leadership.
• Develop proofs of concept and components using ML, NLP, image analysis, time series, graphs, and RAG techniques.
• Perform AI solution validation: data review, design assessment, testing, benchmarking, documentation, traceability, monitoring.
