Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in data analysis, data architecture, data management, or data engineering.
• 1+ year in the financial services industry (e.g., investment management or insurance).
• Experience with data governance and AI-ready data readiness concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants and stakeholders to deliver data and analytics engagements.
• Translate business needs into requirements and execution plans for AI/data engineering teams.
• Support planning, task execution, issue tracking, and cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Design and build AI-powered agents, accelerators, and reusable tooling to speed delivery.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
