Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product or enterprise software development.
• Strong hands-on experience across the full stack: Backend/API (Python/Node.js), Frontend (Angular/React), databases, and cloud infra.
• Experience with scalable AI solutions in enterprise settings (Azure AI, Bedrock, or similar).
• Recent focus on generative AI with LangChain experience.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Knowledge of MCP and connecting LLMs to tools and data sources.
• Proven ability to develop, test, monitor, and deploy software.
• Strong technical communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for AI and keeping up with advancements.
• Experience implementing accessible features in web apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI platform and AI-powered tools at scale.
• Scope and implement project-level solutions with minimal guidance.
• Own and deliver tasks within applications on time with quality.
• Develop software that complies with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility.
• Collaborate with data scientists, PMs, and engineers to deliver solutions.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and integrate new capabilities.
• Implement secure coding practices and data privacy compliance.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows for smoother releases.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure optimizing performance and cost.
• Promote engineering best practices for stability and maintainability.
