Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with system design, scalability, and algorithms.
• Extensive experience building and deploying production software.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable collaborating with customers to translate needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents that solve real-world business challenges.
• Own the complete Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC) from discovery to production deployment.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Build scalable full-stack applications that integrate AI capabilities.
• Develop reusable frameworks, tooling, and best practices for AI agents.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to influence platform capabilities.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and evaluate models and architectures.
• Drive technical discussions with engineering teams and exec stakeholders.
